International Construction Review (iCON)
The quarterly professional journal for members of CIOB International
iCON was launched in 2006 to support the 7,500 members of the Chartered Institute of Building who live and work in some 115 countries around the world.
They form an elite and growing group of construction professionals involved in a variety of roles, from public sector procurement to private developers and contracting organisations, through to lawyers, academics and consultants in economics, design, risk and sustainability.
Each issue contains news and in-depth reports on issues affecting construction everywhere, including emerging markets, investment trends, labour relations and health and safety.
The point of iCON is to help members do their jobs better, so it focuses on new trends in management strategy, ethics, construction technique, procurement and contract issues, project studies, material innovation and information technology.
